I’ve lived that life and I hated every minute.

I’m my own boss and I’d never stick around in a job where I only get time off if it’s quiet. So why would I run my own business that way? I plan it carefully to make sure the impact on client work is minimised and it makes me infinitely more balanced, effective and happy. That’s the crux of it all – happiness.
